Every day I feel grateful to have found the somatic approach. To have been given the opportunity to come into contact with my body and my nervous system through sensations and emotions. This is my guide through life and it never fails me.

I feel deeply grateful to be able to share this with others. To be able to offer a safe space and guidance so that they too can experience the magic of what their bodies and nervous systems are communicating to them.

What is Somatic Movement?

Somatic movement is about listening to the body rather than forcing it.

Instead of focusing on how a movement looks, we focus on how it feels.

It works with your nervous system to:

        • reduce stress and overwhelm
        • improve body awareness
        • support emotional regulation
        • reconnect you with sensation and presence

It’s slower than traditional yoga, more intuitive, and deeply personal.
